چکیده
This study aimed at evaluating the response to supplementation of β-Mannanase with two levels energy on performance, carcass yield, and meat quality 1600 1-d-old straight run Indian River broilers which were randomly allotted 4 dietary treatments (10 replicates/treatment, 40 chicks per replicate) in a 35-d feeding trial. The trial consisted 2 phases, starter (0 14 d) grower (15 35 d). experiment was designed x factorial arrangement. first factor level ration levels, i.e., low 2.900 kcal ME/kg during phase 3.000 phase; normal 3020 3120 phase, variations based content feed grade soybean oil. second diet without (BETAMINUS: 0%) 0.05% (BETAPLUS: 0.05%). Feeding ME increased intake (p<0.05) overall decreased conversion ratio phases. Birds fed exhibited higher hot cold weights. There significant interaction between breast pH (p= 0.006), redness (a*) 0.01), yellowness (b*) 0.0001). In conclusion, results enzyme did not elicit any noticeable pertaining productive characteristics, or (except color). Moreover, compromise broiler chickens performance.
